Irony

I find it sadly ironic that John Denver wrote "Leaving on a Jet Plane".

I find it ironic that one Patsy Cline's most famous songs was "I Fall to. Pieces", shortly before doing just that in a plane crash.

I find It ironic that many of today's most celebrated American athletes are now being caught using performance enhancing drugs.

I find It ironic that these same athletes lied before Congress when asked about the use of such drugs, but walk free and many still play.

I find it ironic that American teams hire these lying cheats, because to them, winning is everything. It's not. Integrity might very well be.

I find it ironic that people say "I could care less, when they are attempting to imply that they don't care at all. I couldn't care less, would be correct.

I find it ironic that, if someone is unable to do something asked of them,  they say "No can do.". I thought we spoke English.

Finally, I find it very ironic that Lindsay Lohan is still walking free. Prison will change her. Just ask Robert Downey Jr., with whom the "Poor Robert" treatment did not work. Prison did.
