Congress

Hot dogs and legislation have one thing in common. You wouldn't want to see how either one is made.

At least hot dogs disappear quickly. We're stuck with Congress, and it never gets better. To take a break without a vote to help the victims of hurricane Sandy is unconscionable. They all should be fired, but they feel as though they can get away with anything, and why not?

Allegedly, this is the behavior on record for those whom we've chosen to represent us:

* 29 have been accused of spousal abuse
* 7 have been arrested for fraud
* 19 have been accused of writing bad checks
* 117 have directly or indirectly bankrupted at least 2 businesses
* 3 have done time for assault
* 71 cannot get a credit card due to bad credit
* 14 have been arrested on drug-related charges
* 8 have been arrested for shoplifting
* 21 are currently defendants in lawsuits
* 84 have been arrested for drunk driving in the last year ...

Great group, eh? Our leaders. Every incumbent should be impeached, in my opinion. Every one of em'. It won't happen, though, because we keep voting them in.

They also put our nation in a position to default on our loans and have our credit rating dropped for the second time in USA history. Unfathomable.

These are the Congressional delegates who voted no on the TEMPORARY concessions to keep the country going :

If you care, find out how your representatives voted. This Congress did less than any other Congress in history. Let's hold them accouable for once. Vote em' out.

See you tomorrow.
